In all three cases, you must provide the following information:

• Name and surname of the student/s
• Date of birth of the student/s
• Stage for which you are requesting a place
• Name of father and/or mother, contact telephone number and email

Once you have had an interview with the Admissions Director, either in person or via videoconference (for parents residing abroad or outside the province of Seville), you can complete an application form that you will find in the Admissions section of this website.

If the student is entering Primary, Secondary, or Baccalaureate, once you have submitted the application, the school will contact you to arrange an interview and/or admission test for the student.

After the tests are completed, we will communicate the admission decision for the student.

If you have made your decision and wish to formalise the enrolment, you will need to sign the registration form along with the payment of the enrolment fee.

• Copy of the family book (page with the student’s details).

Yes, we offer stays of varying lengths, depending on the educational stage, at partner schools in different parts of the world.

The school hours for all students are:

• From 8:55 am to 5 pm. *On certain calendar-marked days and Fridays in September and June, students finish at 3:00 pm.
• Morning care: From 7.30 am to 8.30 am.
• Afternoon care: from 17:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.
• Extracurricular: from 17:15 p.m. to 18:15 p.m.

Yes, we have a psycho-pedagogical department formed by a psychologist and a pedagogue. The department advises the teaching staff and attends to the diverse needs of our pupils, offering programs for gifted children, and curricular adaptations for pupils who need it.

We offer the possibility of studying Catholic Religion or Values to all pupils.

Students taking Religion may also attend catechesis courses for First Communion and receive it in PYP 7 (Primary 4) at the school.

Then they can continue with the Confirmation catechesis.

Yes, all Secondary pupils belong to a volunteer group that collaborates, through our foundation, The Yago Foundation, with different NGOs

In Spain we call bilingual those schools that follow the Spanish system but which have a high percentage of the teaching load in English. However, most of them only offer between 6 and 10 hours of English lessons per week. In this sense, Yago School is considered a truly bilingual school since its pupils receive 70% of the load in English compared to 30% of Spanish, and English is the official communication language between employees and between teachers and pupils.

We should not confuse a bilingual school with a British one. The latter are those that follow the National British Curriculum, where the contents demanded by U.K. are studied, and the exams and certificates obtained are the official English ones.

Yago School is a bilingual institution, meaning that starting at the age of 3 years old 70% of the curriculum is taught entirely in English. Spanish is the second official language of the school and Chinese is a third official language. The school follows both the IB curriculum and the Spanish national curriculum.

As students progress through the different educational stages, the number of subjects taught in English increases gradually. By the time they reach the Baccalaureate stage, students have the option to study entirely in English, entirely in Spanish or both. This ensures that our students are well-prepared to access universities in Spain and all over the world.

Yago School is strongly committed to bilingualism and our goal is that when pupils finish their second year of Baccalaureate speaking English fluently (level C1-C2) and Chinese to B1-B2 level.

• In classes of 0, 1 and 2 years 80% of classes are taught in English.
• In classes of 3, 4 and 5 years old and in Primary 70% of classes are taught in English.
• In Secondary, 70% of the classes are taught in English.
• In Baccalaureate, this varies depending on the options we offer, which can be 25%, 75%, or 100% in English.

• Yago School Nursery has classrooms for children from 4 months to 2 years old.
• Yago Senior School caters from Early Years to Baccalaureate.

The school has a distribution service for uniforms and books in the school itself.

Yes, the food is made in the kitchen of the school. Our menus are carefully planned by a team of nutritionists who provide our pupils with a balanced and healthy diet.

Yes, pupils with allergies, intolerances, diabetes, celiac disease or religious or cultural restrictions who must follow a specific diet, must provide a medical certificate and notify in School Office so that they can be offered a menu adapted to their needs.

Yes, the school has a heated swimming pool with a retractable cover, allowing us to use it year-round. From Primary onwards, students have swimming lessons included in their timetable as part of their P.E. subject. Additionally, we offer extracurricular swimming activities for both our students and external individuals who wish to enroll.

Yes, the school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities during the lunch break or from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm, which can be consulted in the extracurricular section of this website.

No, buses leave school at 17:00. Parents will be responsible for picking up those pupils who attend extracurricular activities.
