Emotional celebration of the Baccalaureate Graduation of the class of 2021/ 2023 at Yago School!

With great pride and joy, we held the graduation of our third graduating class. The event was full of special moments that left an indelible impression on all the attendees. Read on for all the details!

There were many memorable stories at the event

The speeches by Mr. Resa, Chairman, Ms. Paz, Headmistress, Mr. Luis Amusátegui, our guest of honour, teachers, parents and students, expressed deep gratitude to all the members of the School for their dedication and support throughout their academic career, they fondly remembered anecdotes, laughter and moments of improvement that they have lived together during all these years and expressed their pride for belonging to Yago School, a place that has given them not only academic knowledge but also values, unconditional support, confidence, opportunities and personal development.

The DP2 tutors, Mr. Brody and Ms. Torres, moved everyone by highlighting the individual attributes of each of their students. It was a moment full of affection and respect, demonstrating the close relationship they have developed with them throughout their time at the school.

A persistent promotion

This class stands out for being a special class, many of its members have been at Yago School since the beginning of their educational career. Their perseverance and dedication have been exemplary and, now, they bid us farewell with a deep sense of gratitude and affection.

Mr. Luis Amusátegui, guest speaker

We must not forget to mention our guest of honour, Mr. Luis Amusátegui, whose impressive curriculum emphasised in his speech the importance of failing and facing downfalls as an inevitable part of the road to success. He conveyed to our students that failure should not be seen as something negative, but as an opportunity for learning and growth. He reminded them that true achievement comes through perseverance and determination, encouraging them to develop resilience and the ability to learn from failures, transforming them into experiences of growth and self-improvement and being an opportunity to become stronger and get closer to achieving their goals.
